Agapanthus
Agapanthus produce flamboyant flowers in July and August making them ideal for summer sales. We offer 25 varieties many of which are recent introductions from UK
Breeders. Agapanthus are split into evergreen and deciduous forms, the former require more winter protection than those that die down each year and tend to produce larger flowers.
Some forms, which are indicated in the catalogue, flower one season after potting the liner on and others may take longer. Winter frost damage reduces the number of flower stems. |
Heuchera
Heuchera have evolved over recent years into one of the best selling lines in Garden Centres- providing a wide range of foliage form and colour year round. As well making invaluable plants for borders Heuchera have become very popular in patio containers as they combine well with bedding plants and ornamental grasses.Â
Plants are best grown under glass or polythene and like a dry watering regime.

Lavender
We produce 36 varieties of Lavender which are all propagated from cuttings. Our range provides a diversity of flower colour and form, as well as plant size and flowering time. If you want more help selecting the varieties that are right for your customers please ask.
Lavenders enjoy a dry production regime and benefit from being overwintered in cool, dry conditions. French (steochas) Lavenders should be protected from winter frost in production in order to preserve spring flowering buds. English (angustifolia) Lavenders needs some winter cold treatment to promote flowering. |
